Ronnie has been an Elvis Fan since he listened to his sister play her records through the walls adjoining their bedrooms when he was 4 years old. At age 6, Ronnie’s Dad bought him his first set of Elvis 8-Tracks, which he played every night. Round and round, Ronnie danced and sang into his hairbrush, gyrating and pretending he was Elvis. He went to the Drive-in with his sister and her boyfriend, where Ronnie watched every Elvis movie! In high school, he was always the first guy to ask a girl to dance, and to sing with his neighbours’ bands.

Later he studied ballroom dancing for ten years, then took vocal training. In 2007, Ronnie decided to use his love of Elvis music to win awards at Elvis Impersonator competitions such as Champion Penticton Elvis Festival 2011 and Top 5 Collingwood Elvis Festival twice. He has performed with March Hare, Appaloosa, Groove and Tonic, The Tonettes, The Blackwoods, The Casino Brothers, Rudy and the Angels and other bands. His love for entertaining inspired him to put on his own authentic, fun, unique, energetic, interactive shows with the Iconic Tributes Band, and hasn’t looked back since!
