Buddy Holly Impersonator

Robert Miller

Although his career was only six years long and he began at age sixteen and passed before his prime, Buddy Holly influenced Rhythm & Blues, Pop and Rock and Roll as much as any performer. His superb vocals, playing and songwriting were matched by his authentic, boyish style. For a young man Buddy was extremely experimental, quirky and made it hip to be square and dress nerdy. Six decades later everyone, young and old, can recognize the unique sound and style. Robert Miller has the stuttering, clean voice, overdubbing Fender Strata-caster, hyper, pubescent moves, bowtie and trademark glasses. His Buddy Holly Tribute interprets those amazing melodies magically. With or without The Crickets backing him, Robert can put on a show pounding out timeless hits like That’ll Be The Day, Peggy Sue, Rave On, It Doesn’t Matter Anymore, Oh Boy, Everyday, Maybe Baby and more.

Convention

Thank you Ronnie & Marie – The participants were still talking and laughing about the great time that they had last night! We really did enjoy the show! Looking forward to future engagements. Our event was about empowering people with disabilities, and your show greatly contributed to healing in more ways that we are aware of I am sure! Iconic Tributes was awesome! We appreciated that they were comfortable moving through the crowd, very engaging and interactive with the audience! Everyone truly loved them! We would not have any hesitation recommending Iconic Tributes to other event organizers! Review by Shelley R. FROM PORT ALBERNI, BC
